Design & Engineering
CAD, 3D modeling, structural engineeringOur design team translates your vision into precise drawings with CAD & 3D models. We engineer every structural & architectural detail before a single piece of material is touched by our sophisticated CNC machines. Form and function are resolved together — never one at the expense of the other.
Material Selection
Sourcing, sampling, client approvalWe source extraordinary materials — steel, brass, bronze, hardwoods, stone, glass, antique reclaimed timbers — chosen for their character and their fitness for purpose. You are involved in every selection. The material is not a detail; it is the soul of the object.
Fabrication
CNC, precision machining, hand fabricationThis is where imagination becomes reality. Our fabricators use a combination of CNC precision, proprietary programming and machining, and old-world hand craftsmanship. Advanced technology serves the hand — never replaces it. Every weld, every joint, every surface finish is considered.
Finishing & Review
Hand finishing, quality review, client sign-offBefore anything leaves the studio, it is reviewed against the original design intent. Surfaces are finished by hand. Proportions are verified. We are our own harshest critics — because we know you will live with this object for a lifetime.
Delivery & Installation
White-glove delivery, on-site installationWe handle delivery and installation personally. We don't hand off to a third party at the final moment. The piece is placed, adjusted, and presented exactly as designed. The commission is complete only when you are satisfied.
